Development Team Lead

Job Description:

• Manage an Agile development team using .NET Core and Angular technologies.
• Lead and mentor the team both technically and managerially.
• Set measurable goals for team members and track progress.
• Ensure the stability and availability of applications.
• Handle ongoing maintenance and troubleshoot issues.
• Drive continuous technological improvement, automation, and innovation within the team.
• Manage the matrix structure of the testing team during the delivery process.
• Collaborate with various departments: architecture, IT, infrastructure, project managers, and product units.
• Oversee the entire development lifecycle, from gathering requirements to deployment and maintenance.
• 50% hands-on involvement in development.

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of Hands-On experience in development with various technologies: .NET, C#, .NET Core, Angular, JavaScript, TypeScript, MS SQL – required.
• Proven experience of at least 2 years as a Development Team Lead in digital development, managing a team of 5+ members – required.
• Experience in designing complex digital solutions integrating multiple systems and technologies, with a focus on performance and load management – required.
• Deep experience working with a variety of databases (SQL/No SQL) – required.
• Experience in managing development using Agile methodology – required.
• Previous experience in large organizations – required.
• Experience with cloud infrastructures and secure cloud development processes (Azure, AWS) – significant advantage.
• Extensive knowledge of digital systems and Microservices infrastructure – advantage.
• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with CI/CD tools and processes – advantage.
• Significant experience in Node.js, TypeScript, Nest.js development – advantage.
