Role Overview: In this dynamic position, you'll manage diverse logistics operations while developing expertise in global supply chain management. As part of our growing organization, you'll have the opportunity to lead various projects and expand your professional capabilities across multiple beauty and fragrance brands.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing logistics operations for remote warehouses
• Handling drop shipping, sea and air freight operations
• Processing vendor invoices and payment tracking
• Managing customer returns processes
• Ensuring compliance with logistics regulations
• Collaborating closely with the sales department
• Developing logistics solutions for various regions
• Leading logistics projects and initiatives

Requirements:

• 3+ years experience working with remote warehouses
• 3+ years experience in global transportation (shipping, import, export)
• Fluent English
• Strong Excel skills and ERP software experience
• Assertiveness and leadership capabilities
• Degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or Industrial Engineering - advantage
• Experience in retail/cosmetics industry - advantage

Work Schedule:

• Monday-Friday (Sundays off)
• Fridays - shortened remote workday
