Deputy CEO – Manufacturing Company

A leading manufacturing company seeks a Deputy CEO to drive operational excellence and business growth.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage work plans, implement processes, and drive continuous improvement across operations.
• Optimize and enhance operational and commercial activities, focusing on achieving ambitious sales targets and improving performance.
• Lead and oversee teams across operations, commerce, and information systems, ensuring alignment with company goals and driving success.
• Strengthen organizational infrastructure, including optimizing supply chain management, production efficiency, and resource allocation.
• Develop and implement business strategies, supporting the CEO in driving company growth, market expansion, and long-term sustainability.

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of managerial experience in commerce and operations.
• Relevant academic degree – mandatory.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to make quick, independent decisions.
• Fluency in English.
• Experience with ERP systems (Priority – an advantage).
