The Sourcing Manager is responsible for all business-related activities that Amdocs performs with its suppliers that are under his / her responsibility in order to optimize costs and savings.

What will your job look like?

• Lead and manage strategic negotiations to drive business objectives.
• Manage large-scale deals, ensuring successful outcomes and alignment with company goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and execution of business strategies.
• Develop and maintain relationships with contingent workforce partners to optimize resource allocation and project delivery.
• Analyze market trends and provide insights to support decision-making processes.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
  
  

• Minimum of 5 years of experience
• Bachelor’s Degree (Mandatory)
• Proven experience in strategic negotiation and contract management.
• Experience working in the contingent workforce space is an advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a multinational company environment.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
