• Provide first level support through handling incoming queries and help requests from end users
• Customer service skills
• Problem-solving skills.
• Communication skills (English & Hebrew).
• Team collaboration.
• Availability shift rostering for 8x5
• Creating detailed notes of the issue and documenting resolution.
• Take ownership of issues and actively facilitate the resolution of reported incidents/user technical issues as they arrive.
• Understanding the basics for Windows and Office 365.
• Troubleshooting technical issues (Tier 1) related to Windows OS, proprietary software, Office 365 and other related IT systems.
• Work from Client office
