Job Description

Global Partner Solutions is seeking a Supplier Intervention Specialist to assess and improve supplier performance in Haifa, Israel. This role will focus on evaluating current supplier capabilities, implementing best practices, and driving rapid performance improvements.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess the current supplier situation to identify performance gaps and improvement opportunities.
• Develop and implement a structured communication plan, escalation process, and reporting framework.
• Define, implement, and publish Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to track supplier progress.
• Deploy tools and best practices to enhance supplier performance and drive immediate improvements.
• Conduct product and process assessments, including capacity and capability evaluations.
• Identify and prioritize key action items and establish a structured recovery plan with clear timelines.
• Document issues, initiate corrective action plans, and ensure long-term sustainability of improvements.
  
  

• Experience in supplier performance management, manufacturing operations, or supply chain intervention.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess capacity, capability, and operational effectiveness.
• Proven ability to implement KPIs, reporting structures, and communication plans.
• Experience leading corrective action plans and recovery strategies in a supplier environment.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to drive sustainable improvements.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
