• Create and execute the visual direction for our games, ensuring a distinctive and high-quality artistic style.
• Hands-on production of concept art, character design, environments, UI/UX elements, and marketing assets.
• Push the creative limits while maintaining efficiency, consistency, and scalability in asset production.
• Establish and refine artistic workflows, tools, and pipelines to enhance productivity.
• Stay ahead of industry trends to ensure our games are cutting-edge and visually stunning.

• A highly skilled artist first, with an exceptional portfolio showcasing a strong understanding of visual storytelling, composition, and design principles.
• A doer, not a delegator—you lead with action and produce exceptional work yourself.
• Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and other industry-standard tools.
• Experience in 2D asset creation, animation principles, and game development pipelines.
• A problem-solver with a startup mindset, thriving in fast-moving, iterative environments.
• Self-motivated, adaptable, and driven—you own your work and deliver results.

• Experience in Unity.
• Background in mobile gaming.
• Knowledge of motion graphics, VFX, or UI/UX.
• Previous experience working in a startup or fast-paced creative team.
