Role Overview

We are seeking a hands-on, innovative Head of AI to lead the development of our AI capabilities. This is a unique opportunity to shape our AI strategy, focusing on diffusion models to create advanced visualization technology. Initially, you’ll be our sole AI expert, with the potential to build and lead a dedicated team as we scale.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop AI models for visualizing aesthetic surgery outcomes and collaborate with the product team on roadmap planning.
• Build and optimize segmentation, classification, and diffusion models, defining custom datasets for training.
• Enhance AI model performance, accuracy, and efficiency through continuous iteration.
• Take an experimental, test-driven approach to refining AI solutions in a fast-paced environment.
• Stay at the forefront of deep learning advancements and apply them effectively.
• Work closely with product, engineering, and UX teams to seamlessly integrate AI into our platform.

Who You Are

• 3+ years of hands-on deep learning experience, with a strong focus on diffusion models.
• Expertise in AI-driven image generation, segmentation, and classification.
• Academic background in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or equivalent practical experience.
• Comfortable working independently in a high-growth startup environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to apply AI techniques to complex challenges.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
