Senior Full-Stack Developer (.NET Core / Angular)

Overview:

We are a Tel Aviv-based payroll management company providing Payroll and Payment services to international companies with offices in Israel.

With a team of 30 employees, we are looking for a highly responsible and experienced Full-Stack Developer to join us. In this unique role, you will be the sole in-house developer - taking full ownership of our codebase and product development - while managing two part-time freelancers.

Key Responsibilities

• Application Development: Develop and maintain our web application using .NET Core and Angular

• Deployment & Management: Deploy and manage applications on AWS EC2 (Windows Server) environments and work with Aurora MySQL

• Product Ownership: Take full responsibility for the product—from code quality and system performance to feature enhancements and bug fixes

• Team Management: Oversee and coordinate the work of two part-time freelancers, ensuring consistency and high standards across all development tasks

• Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions

Requirements

Experience

• 4+ years of hands-on experience with .NET Core
• 3+ years of experience in Angular development (including TypeScript)
• Working on complex systems

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in deploying and managing applications on AWS EC2 (Windows Server).
• Strong working knowledge of Aurora MySQL

Soft Skills

• Exceptional sense of ownership and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills with a demonstrated ability to lead and manage freelancers effectively

Education

Advantage - computer science bachelor degree
