QA Tester and Flight Operations.

High Lander, a world leader in drone fleet and airspace management software platforms, is expanding its QA team!

We're looking for a hands-on QA Tester to join our dynamic company and play a key role in ensuring the quality of our cutting-edge drone systems.

Responsibilities

· Taking on a central role in a dynamic, creative product department.

· Designing, writing, and executing manual tests of our advanced drone system.

· Creating comprehensive and logical test plans and regressions.

· Reviewing feature specifications and technical design documents and providing timely and meaningful feedback.

· Contribute to process improvements and automation efforts.

· Performing real-time QA tests via simulators and in the field.

· Schedule and coordinate testing activities to ensure high quality execution within set deadlines.

· Collaborate with R&D, product, and operation teams to ensure high software quality.

Requirements

· 1 year experience in QA engineering.

· Technical orientation with strong analytical skills.

· Strong troubleshooting skills and creative problem-solving ability.

· Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken).

· Knowledge of scripting languages and hands-on experience in automation tools and frameworks.

· Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Google Apps, and project management tools (Monday.com).

· Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

· Experience with aviation and / or working in a startup environment is an advantage.
