Product Designer

Job Description 

We are seeking a talented Product Designer to join our dynamic team in Tel Aviv. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in UI/UX design and a passion for creating user-centered experiences. You will play a crucial role in conceptualizing and designing both our mobile and dashboard platforms, while contributing to our marketing and brand identity initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain design systems across mobile and web platforms
• Design user-centered interfaces and experiences from wireframes to high-fidelity designs 
• Conduct user research and build personas to inform design decisions
• Create visual inspiration boards and conduct competitor analysis
• Design and prototype complete user flows and interactions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, scientists, and product managers
• Create marketing materials and social media assets
• Ensure consistent brand identity across all platforms and materials

Required Skills

• 2+ years of professional experience in designing interfaces
• Strong portfolio demonstrating UI/UX projects - MUST
• Advanced proficiency in Figma or equivalent design tools
• Strong understanding of design principles (hierarchy, composition, typography, color theory)
• Experience in creating responsive designs for both web and mobile platforms
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects within deadlines
• Excellent visual design skills with attention to detail
• Strong English communication skills
• A collaborative team player with a “can-do” attitude, able to lead design initiatives from concept to completion

Preferred Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Visual Communications, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field or equivalent experience
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS
• Experience with design systems and component libraries
• Background in healthcare or medical-related design
• Experience with tools like Adobe Creative Suite
• Knowledge of accessibility standards and best practices
• Proficiency in creating marketing and social media assets
