Backend Tech Lead for Leading Infrastructure Monitoring Technology Company

An innovative Israeli technology company specializing in infrastructure monitoring using optical fibers is seeking a Backend Tech Lead to technically lead the Dynamic Line Rating (DLR) domain.

About the Role:

• Lead the development of a cloud-based system integrating multiple software components, APIs, complex logic, data/ML pipelines, and dashboards
• Redesign an existing complex system to a modern cloud-native architecture
• Provide technical leadership to a team of engineers and implement high coding standards

Requirements:

• 8+ years of backend development experience (strong Python background)
• Experience with complex multi-component systems
• Deep knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and 3+ years of cloud platform experience (AWS preferred)
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering
• Previous startup environment experience - advantage
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills
