Job Summary

We’re seeking a versatile and passionate animator, video editor, and graphic designer to join our marketing team at Buff. In this role, you’ll bring our brand to life through engaging motion graphics, high-quality video content, and eye-catching designs. Working closely with our Creative Manager, you’ll be responsible for creating everything from animated banners and social media visuals to polished video edits and digital assets that capture the essence of gaming culture.

Key Responsibilities

1. Animation & Motion Graphics: Conceptualize and produce captivating animations that resonate with our gaming audience.
2. Graphic Design & Visual Content: Design engaging banners, email visuals, and social media posts, maintaining consistency with Buff’s brand identity.
3. Video Production & Editing: Edit and assemble high-quality videos, ensuring smooth transitions, dynamic effects, and on-brand storytelling.
4. Collaborate with the Creative Manager: Align projects with campaign objectives, brand guidelines, and feedback from cross-functional teams.
5. Creative Conceptualization: Continuously pitch new ideas for visual styles, effects, and transitions that elevate our content and speak to gaming enthusiasts.

Required Skills and Experience

• Experience: 2+ years in animation, video editing, and graphic design—preferably within the gaming industry or digital entertainment.
• Technical Proficiency: Strong expertise in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma (or equivalent graphic design tools), and professional-level proficiency in After Effects.
• Creativity & Visual Storytelling: Demonstrated ability to use motion, visuals, and design elements to tell compelling stories.
• Collaboration & Communication: Excellent teamwork skills; able to interpret briefs, absorb feedback, and work closely with the Creative Manager and wider team.
• Time Management: Proven ability to handle multiple projects, adapt to fast-paced demands, and meet tight deadlines.

• Gaming Knowledge: Genuine passion for gaming, with an understanding of current platforms, trends, and gaming culture.
• Social Media Savvy: Familiarity with tailoring content for platforms like YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and more.
• Portfolio: A diverse portfolio showcasing your animation, video editing, and design work—particularly related to gaming or digital entertainment.
