Quality Assurance Specialist

An excellent opportunity for science graduates to join a significant role in the Quality Department, involving the management of deviation investigations and leading quality improvement projects.

Job Description and Responsibilities:

• Managing and writing investigation reports for deviations in the plant.
• Monitoring and tracking the opening, execution, and summary of deviation investigations.
• Managing interfaces with different departments in the plant concerning investigation processes.
• Providing training and guidance to interfaces in the various departments on conducting effective investigations, identifying root causes, and implementing appropriate corrective and preventive actions.
• Tracking recurring deviations.
• Proposing effective corrective and preventive actions to prevent future deviations in the plant.
• Managing periodic meetings related to deviations and their findings.
• Promoting quality improvement projects related to the prevention of deviations in the plant.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in scientific or engineering fields – mandatory.
• Experience in quality in biopharmaceutical companies – a significant advantage.
• Ability to work independently, attention to detail, and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Experience working in a production environment under pressure.

Job Scope: Full-time, 8:00-17:00, located at the company's site in Beit Kama.
