A leading financial organization is looking for a Junior Organizational & Operational Excellence Consultant to support process improvements and strategic initiatives across the company. Key Responsibilities:

• Supporting senior management in process optimization and strategic decision-making
• Analyzing operational and business processes to identify areas for improvement
• Conducting data-driven assessments to enhance efficiency and performance
• Collaborating with stakeholders to map operational needs and gaps
• Assisting in cross-organizational change initiatives, including system implementation in collaboration with IT teams

Requirements:

• BSc in Industrial Engineering & Management – Required
• 1-3 years of experience in process improvement, operational consulting, or a related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
