Position Overview

Cytactic is looking to expand its marketing team. If you are a dynamic and accomplished Performance Marketing Manager with experience in the cybersecurity domain, this is for you. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in driving website traffic, generating leads, and enhancing user engagement, especially within the B2B SaaS and cybersecurity markets. Proficiency in SEO, web marketing, conversion optimization, and product marketing is essential. If you are passionate about crafting compelling, customer-centric content through storytelling, market research, and data analysis, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and manage multi-channel performance marketing campaigns to drive user acquisition, conversions, and revenue growth.
• Manage high-traffic websites, blogs, and digital platforms, optimizing user experiences and boosting engagement.
• Create diverse content types, including blog posts, videos, and webinars, tailored to the buyer journey.
• Analyze campaign performance metrics, generate actionable insights, and continuously optimize for ROI.
• Conduct market research and in-depth analysis to inform content and product marketing strategies, creating data-driven, customer-centric messaging.
• Implement SEO best practices, perform A/B testing, and use marketing automation tools to improve conversion rates.
• Monitor content performance using tools like Google Analytics, adjusting strategies to meet KPIs and improve ROI.
• Support go-to-market (GTM) strategies and product positioning in the cybersecurity space.
• Collaborate with product and sales teams to align marketing efforts with product launches and market demands.

Preferred Experience:

• 4+ years of experience in performance marketing, managing SaaS B2B campaigns across multiple platforms, preferably in cybersecurity.
• Proven track record of increasing organic search traffic and lead generation through SEO optimization.
• Strong expertise in marketing automation, data analysis, and performance tracking tools.
• Demonstrated ability to conduct market research and translate findings into actionable content and product marketing strategies.
• Experience in A/B testing and conversion rate optimization techniques.
• Ability to manage budgets effectively and make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Proven experience in content marketing, product messaging, and storytelling for SaaS, B2B, and cybersecurity solutions.
• Writing and editing skills with a focus on crafting engaging, high-quality content using various editing tools.
• Results-driven mindset with strong attention to detail.
