Head of Information Security and Cybersecurity

We are looking for a Head of Information Security and Cybersecurity to join our team at ELTA!

What you’ll be doing:

• Managing a 24/7 CSOC system for monitoring and control
• Designing and approving computing architectures, defining security hardening in terms of information security and cybersecurity
• Leading GRC policies: ISO, military standards, and cybersecurity risk assessments
• Managing a team of architects and automation for cybersecurity monitoring processes
• Managing changes in applications and infrastructure, as well as security testing
• Managing Incident Response processes / Malware analysis / Threat Hunting
• Implementing the organization's cybersecurity strategy and creating an annual work plan for information security activities within the specialization in computing systems and application security

What we’re looking for:

Minimum Requirements:

• Israeli citizenship
• Academic/engineering education or technician training/CISO certification
• At least 3 years of experience in information security and team management
• Proven ability to work with internal and external clients
• In-depth knowledge of Windows/Linux operating systems
• In-depth knowledge of communication infrastructure, storage, and backups
• Good command of English – reading, writing, and speaking
