Head of Business Operations

We’re looking for a Head of Business Operations to take ownership of our Biz Ops function, drive data-backed decision-making, and optimize key processes. This role is both strategic and hands-on, requiring a strong analytical mindset, leadership skills, and the ability to work cross-functionally to improve efficiency and scalability.

Responsibilities

Lead and optimize business operations, ensuring smooth and efficient processes.

Develop and track KPIs, conduct performance analyses, and drive data-driven improvements.

Own and refine reporting dashboards, working closely with HubSpot, Tableau, and Excel.

Identify bottlenecks and implement scalable solutions to enhance operational efficiency.

Partner with cross-functional teams to support business growth and decision-making.

Requirements

Proven experience in a Business Operations or Data-driven role, preferably in a high-growth environment.

Strong analytical skills with expertise in data visualization and reporting tools (HubSpot, Tableau, Excel).

Ability to lead and execute—both strategic thinking and hands-on problem-solving.

Experience optimizing business processes and working closely with cross-functional teams.

Excellent communication skills with a strong ability to translate data into actionable insights.
