CTO AI

An international tech company with an Israeli site serving as an Innovation Center for a global enterprise is focused on ground-up research and development, solving complex challenges in communication and cybersecurity, and working at the forefront of technology.

The role involves technical leadership, defining technological strategy, managing a team of AI experts, and developing advanced AI infrastructures. Responsibilities include driving cutting-edge AI product development using technologies like Large Language Models (LLMs), Multimodal AI, and Embodied Intelligence.

The company is located in Sharon, operates a hybrid model with two remote workdays per week, and has 500 employees in Israel.

Responsibilities:

• Leading the development of computational infrastructures and algorithms for AI model training and deployment.
• Focusing on performance and scalability.
• Designing software and hardware architectures for heterogeneous computing systems.
• Working with frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorRT, OpenVINO, CUDA, GPU, and IPU.
• Ensuring optimal integration between software and hardware.

Requirements:

• Expertise in AI infrastructure and experience with at least one of the following: TensorRT, OpenVINO, CUDA.
• Previous experience as a CTO or Chief Architect for successful AI products.
• Proven leadership in managing AI technology teams within multinational corporations or startups.
• Deep knowledge of AI applications, including Large Language Models (LLMs), Multimodal AI, and Embodied Intelligence.
• Experience in designing computing infrastructure and understanding heterogeneous computing architectures.
• Hands-on experience with AI system architecture, including AI Operators, AI Frameworks, and Pre-training techniques.
• Strong background in team leadership and project management.
