We are seeking a hands-on, execution-focused Demand Generation Manager to join our marketing team. This role is critical in driving pipeline growth through end-to-end paid campaigns and digital demand generation efforts.
The ideal candidate will be comfortable managing every aspect of demand gen—from setting up and optimizing paid campaigns (LinkedIn, Google, and optionally Facebook/Instagram) to working with freelance copywriters and designers, ensuring proper tracking through Tag Manager and analytics tools, and creating assets that attract and convert high-quality leads.
This is a high-impact, hands-on role in which you’ll be directly responsible for planning, launching, and optimizing performance marketing campaigns. You'll also ensure that all necessary creative and content assets are executed successfully.
What You’ll Do:
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads (Facebook & Instagram experience is a plus).
- Own the full demand gen funnel—from audience targeting and ad messaging to lead capture and conversion optimization.
- Work with freelance copywriters and designers to create high-performing ad creatives, landing pages, and email sequences.
- Set up and manage conversion tracking through Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, and ad platform pixels to measure and optimize campaign success.
- Optimize landing pages and lead capture flows to improve conversion rates and reduce CPL.
- Monitor and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations to improve ROI.
- Manage audience segmentation, retargeting, and lookalike audiences to improve ad performance.
- Continuously A/B test ad creatives, copy, and targeting to drive higher engagement and conversion.
What We’re Looking For:
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in LinkedIn Ads & Google Ads (Facebook & Instagram experience is a plus).
- Proven ability to run demand gen campaigns A-Z, from planning to execution, tracking, and optimization.
- Strong experience with Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, and conversion tracking.
- Experience working with freelance copywriters and designers, ensuring smooth collaboration and on-time delivery.
- Ability to build and optimize landing pages (experience with HubSpot, Unbounce, or similar tools is a plus).
- Data-driven mindset—the ability to analyze performance metrics and continuously optimize campaigns.
- Hands-on execution—this is NOT a strategy-only role; you must be comfortable getting inside the platforms and running campaigns yourself.
- Excellent written and spoken English to effectively collaborate with freelancers and global teams.
