Your Role: As a VTA Manager, you will play a critical role in overseeing the VTA organization within the project structure to ensure System Acceptance. You will lead a team of experts and coordinate all verification and testing processes, ensuring compliance with design and work specifications throughout all project phases.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and continuously refine the VTA strategy and plan as the project evolves.
• Guarantee that all contractual obligations related to VTA are fulfilled.
• Lead and coordinate the production of VTA deliverables, ensuring their consistency and compliance.
• Maintain and update schedules, ensuring smooth integration with other project activities.
• Monitor progress, identify potential delays, and implement recovery plans as needed.
• Oversee quality management within VTA activities to ensure top-tier results.
• Facilitate seamless coordination of all verification and testing activities, including third-party tests.
• Manage access to test locations and ensure the availability of support personnel.
• Provide comprehensive monitoring and supervision of verification and test processes.

Reporting to: Technical Director, Deputy Project Manager, Project Manager.

Your Authority: As part of the Technical Office, you will have full authority over all aspects of the project’s Verification, Tests, and Acceptance processes. You will lead a dedicated team and ensure the success of all VTA-related initiatives.

What We’re Looking For:

• A seasoned professional with at least 10 years of experience in systems engineering.
• A strong leader with a minimum of 5 years as a Verification, Tests, and Acceptance Manager in infrastructure construction projects.
• A detail-oriented, results-driven expert with a passion for excellence.
