About the Role

We are looking for a Community & Partnerships Recruiter to help expand the use of our app among local communities and relevant businesses. This role involves building relationships, recruiting new communities, and driving strategic partnerships with various organizations.

What You’ll Do

✅ Identify and recruit local communities—such as student associations, sports clubs, and hobby groups—and introduce them to the benefits of using TripTeam.

✅ Establish partnerships with cultural institutions, event organizers, businesses, and social communities that can benefit from our platform.

✅ Promote the app within local communities and help increase active user engagement.

✅ Identify business opportunities and connect with event organizers, festivals, and fairs to integrate the app into their activities.

What We’re Looking For

✔️ Previous experience in community recruitment, partnership development, or networking

✔️ Strong communication skills and a passion for connecting with diverse people.

✔️ Familiarity with the cultural and community scene in Tel Aviv—an advantage.

✔️ Entrepreneurial mindset, creativity, and the ability to work independently.

✔️ Proficiency in English—required.
