🔹 Lead Salesforce projects from start to finish, ensuring successful execution, including hands-on implementation.

🔹 Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions.

🔹 Mentor and guide team members while fostering a collaborative work environment.

🔹 Drive process improvements to enhance system performance and efficiency.

🔹 Take ownership of the commissions system, including both business knowledge and implementation.

✔️ 2-3 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator.

✔️ 2 years of experience in information systems project management or as a Senior Salesforce Analyst.

✔️ Strong understanding of business processes and the ability to align technical solutions with business goals.

✔️ Fluent in English and Hebrew (written & spoken) – a must!

✔️ BSc or Engineering Degree in Information Systems or a related field.

✔️ Strong communication, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
