Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Front Desk Agent at The Ritz-Carlton, Herzliya. The Front Desk Agent will be responsible for performing receptionist duties, providing excellent customer service, handling reservations, and maintaining effective communication with guests. The role is located in Herzliya.

Qualifications

• Phone Etiquette and Communication skills
• Receptionist Duties and Customer Service skills
• Experience with Reservations
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure
• Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality setting is a plus
• Fluency in multiple languages is beneficial
