• Design and implement compensation plans, including KPIs and equity-based incentives.
• Conduct market research and benchmark analysis.
• Advise companies on compensation levels, industry standards, and best practices.
• Review and calculate annual bonuses.
• Consult senior management and boards on strategic compensation matters.

🎯 Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, Economics, or Law.
• At least 2 years of professional experience.
• Experience in compensation, benefits, or equity programs.
• Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.
• Fluent in Hebrew and English.
