As the R&D Team Lead, you will be part of a highly talented and motivated development engineers responsible for high-scale production systems. This role involves leading a team of skilled engineers, ensuring the delivery of high-quality navigation solutions at scale, and contributing to the continuous improvement of our development processes.

What will you do?

• Mentor and Grow: Actively lead and mentor team members, supporting their professional development and career growth
• Drive Innovation: Design, develop, and maintain our web application using NODE.js and React.
• Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work with product managers and UX/UI teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Continues improvement: Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of proven experience leading software development teams.
• At least 4 years of hands-on software development experience.
• Hands-on experience with modern cloud platforms (AWS/GCP).
• Proven experience building and operating large-scale distributed systems in the cloud. Leveraging microservices, Kubernetes, Pub/Sub solutions, Prometheus, Grafana, CI/CD, etc.
• Full stack development background, specifically Node.js (Nest.js) and React.
• Knowledge of database systems like MongoDB, MySQL, or PostgreSQL.
• Excellence in system architecture and API design
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
