Production Planner

Production Planning Clerk for a Leading Electronics Company

Job Description:

Providing technical administrative support according to project/customer requirements.

Reports to: Project Manager

Responsibilities and Authorities:

1. Monitoring and controlling shortages for the production floor.
2. Checking shortages with procurement and warehouse, including handling unadjusted inventories.
3. Maintaining work orders.
4. Responsibility for material simulations and approval of supply dates.
5. Full understanding of manufacturing processes.
6. Direct communication with customers.
7. Opening work orders.
8. Providing responses regarding delivery times and decision-making.
9. Managing customer needs with internal organizational departments.
10. Setting supply schedules.
11. Pricing and order processing.
12. Providing solutions for issues that may cause supply disruptions.
13. Responding to production department needs.

Required Knowledge and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, and Management – Mandatory.
• Task-oriented, determined, goal-driven, and proactive.
• Proficiency in Outlook and Excel.
• Strong understanding of work processes.
• Ability to work with multiple interfaces (Engineering, Quality, Production Planning, Procurement, Assemblies).
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Responsibility, reliability, and maturity.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
