Your Role & Responsibilities:

🔹 Lead and manage a team of user acquisition specialists to drive growth and optimize campaign performance

🔹 Analyze campaign metrics and user data to measure effectiveness and identify areas for improvement

🔹 Present insights, strategies, and performance reports to senior management

What You’ll Bring:

✔ 5+ years of experience in user acquisition, performance marketing, or growth marketing

✔ Proven leadership and team management skills
