Field Services Engineer

Arineta develops and manufactures advanced CT scanners. Field service is provided by Local technical team.

Skills

The candidate is expected to:

Provide assistance and technical support to WW technical teams in troubleshooting and reproducing issues, devising workarounds, and escalating complex investigations for system issues in the field

Research for the root cause, troubleshoot, and investigate issues using multiple tools, data sets by working directly with development teams for a problem resolution

Take part in Installation and implementation of systems.

Ongoing support and troubleshooting.

Ability to write service technical instructions with the help of a technical writer.

Provide a planned maintenance and repairs of the scanners in the factory.

Perform Service Validation on new SW/HW changes and writing a report.

Maintain and constantly improve a self-knowledge and system technical database.

Education

Engineering or practical engineering degree in a relevant area or proven experience in a similar position.

Relevant Experience

• 4-5 years of technical support or a related customer facing role, with at least 2 years in a technical role in a global company.
• Outstanding communications skills in English (written and verbal).
• Willing to travel overseas for system installation, solving complex problem and train the local technician.

• Experience working on ERP SW environment like Priority.

The position involves frequent travels abroad. No limitation on entry to USA.
