To support our growing business in Israel, Hamilton Lane is a seeking to add a Business Development and Marketing Specialist, to work closely with the Head of Israel Business Development and Relationship Managers to build their business and support all aspects related to the management of their prospect relationships.

Job Description

The successful candidate must be able to communicate effectively, be proactive and be able to comfortably interact with local Institutional, Private clients and family offices as well as our global teams.

The candidate must also be able to operate in a fast-pace and deadline-driven environment where priorities often change, and be committed to an extended work schedule in order to meet the challenges of our growing firm.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Senior Associate, Client Solutions in providing the Managing Director, Client Solutions with additional Business Development support for the closed end Funds
• Supporting the Managing Director, Client Solutions in building out the Evergreen platform in Israel, in partnership with the other Senior Associate, see below:
• Investor & Family Office Support: Act as a primary contact for family offices, direct investors, and bank-affiliated investors, addressing inquiries and providing tailored investment information.
• Banking & Platform Integration: Strengthen collaboration with banks, understanding the services they offer to investors and identifying opportunities to enhance support. Lead efforts to integrate Evergreen funds into bank advisory platforms, whether through dedicated platforms or by educating bank advisors.
• Operational & Administrative Support: Work closely with banks, investors, and internal teams to manage investment-related processes and ensure seamless execution.
• Marketing & Investor Communications: Prepare/translate and distribute marketing materials for potential investors and strategic partners.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with legal, tax, and operations teams to ensure compliance, proper structuring, and smooth execution of investment processes.
• Regular Reporting: Oversee the preparation and distribution of ongoing investor reports, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Transaction Monitoring & Classification: Track fund transactions on a weekly basis, ensuring proper classification for Israel-related investments and maintaining accurate records
• Coordinate and execute marketing activities with the Head of Business Development.
• Create tailored marketing materials in Hebrew and English for the local market
• Participate in sales activity
• Maintain management reporting including but not limited to: sales activity, pipeline management, fundraising updates.
• Attain in-depth knowledge of the products and the house - be the go-to person for the team
  
  

Requirements

• Academic degree
• Bilingual, with excellent translation skills
• Marketing/sales experience, a plus
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with high attention to detail
• Assertive, pro-active, independent worker who thrives as part of a small team
• Must be flexible and willing to pitch in where needed
