Product Architect (Future CTO)

Location: Hybrid / Remote

Employment Type: Part-time with potential transition to full-time CTO

Lidabro is transforming e-commerce by bringing real-time human interaction into online shopping. Our platform enables live consultations, helping customers make informed purchasing decisions—bridging the gap between online and in-store experiences.

We are looking for a Product Architect to take ownership of our technology roadmap, architecture, and scalability. This is a hands-on role with a clear path to CTO, working directly with the CEO and founders to align technology with business growth.

• Define and refine Lidabro’s technical architecture, ensuring flexibility and scalability as we grow.
• Lead backend and database strategy, optimizing system performance and integrations.
• Implement real-time interaction features (WebRTC, WebSockets) and ensure smooth e-commerce API integrations.
• Develop best practices for security, DevOps, and CI/CD to support a high-performance platform.
• Work closely with the CEO, founders, and business teams to align technology with the company’s strategic direction.
• Guide and mentor the engineering team, helping build a strong development culture.

• Backend: Strong experience with Node.js + Express (our current stack).
• Databases: Deep knowledge of MongoDB (current) and SQL (future expansion).
• Frontend: Strong understanding of React (Next.js), TypeScript
• Real-time Tech: Experience with WebSockets, WebRTC, and handling live interactions.
• Cloud & DevOps: Experience with AWS/GCP, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines.
• Security & Performance: Ability to design scalable, secure, and high-load systems.
• E-commerce Integrations: Proven experience integrating with payment gateways, CRM, and external APIs.

• Previous experience building and scaling marketplaces, SaaS, or e-commerce platforms.
• Deep technical expertise in real-time video technologies (WebRTC, live streaming, interactive UX).
• A track record of leading engineering teams or working in early-stage startups.
