Information Technology Manager

We are seeking a full-time IT Manager to join our office in Rosh HaAyin. The IT Manager is responsible for managing and maintaining the company's IT infrastructure, ensuring smooth operations across all technology systems. This role includes leading the IT team, providing technical support, and driving the implementation of new technological solutions. The IT Manager will play a key role in shaping the company’s IT strategy, optimizing systems, and supporting business growth.

Responsibilities:

Team Management: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of IT professionals, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.

IT Infrastructure Management: Oversee the maintenance and optimization of the company's network, servers, data storage, and hardware systems.

Technical Support: Provide day-to-day technical support for internal staff and troubleshoot any IT-related issues in a timely and effective manner.

Project Management: Lead and manage technology projects, including system upgrades, new software or hardware implementations, and IT process improvements.

Strategic IT Planning: Collaborate with company leadership to align IT strategy with business goals, recommending and implementing solutions that improve efficiency and innovation.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

Experience in IT management, including a minimum of 2 years in a leadership role managing a team.

Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, cloud technologies.

Proven track record in project management, leading cross-functional teams and delivering technology solutions on time and within budget.

Excellent leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a technical team effectively.

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure.

Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
