In this role, you will specialize in the design and development of cloud-ready infrastructure and application architectures, including automated container platforms, deployment pipelines.

You'll lead the on-site implementation of the company's technologies and play a key role in the enterprise development of the customers.

What You'll Be Doing

• Serve as a subject matter expert at the customer site, addressing technical, development, or strategic IT requirements
• Demonstrate good judgment in selecting best methods to obtain solutions
• Implement and integrate the company's open and hybrid cloud solutions including OpenShift
• Collaborate with project and customer team members to meet timelines and goals
• Contribute to project documentation and diagrams and support cases management
• Mentor and share your knowledge with customers and the team
• Define and promote the adoption of automation techniques and DevOps processes to improve the cloud life cycle, including infrastructure and application uptime, availability, and time-to-market
• Implement solutions using cloud technologies, design principles, integration points, and automation methods

Requirements

• Basic knowledge of Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL)
• Basic experience and knowledge of OpenShift or underlying components like Kubernetes and Docker
• Experience implementing system infrastructure and cloud solutions, including data storage, networking, monitoring, and security
• Ability to communicate value, progress, and metrics of key projects to required stakeholders in both technical and business audiences
• Availability to work onsite on customer sites up to 100% of time
