A leading financial company in Petah Tikva is seeking a DBA (Database Administrator).
The role involves managing databases in a SYBASE environment. Responsibilities include database maintenance, troubleshooting, assisting developers, and working directly on servers.
This is a highly sensitive position with access to all organizational databases.
Mandatory Requirements
Experienced DBA / SQL Server SYBASE (at least two years - advantage for working with Sybase ASE).
Application experience working with developers.
Experience with Unix / Linux operating system.
Familiarity with SYSTEM infrastructures - operating systems, storage, communication.
Advantageous requirements
Experience in SYBASE infrastructures - setup, ongoing maintenance, performance tuning, replication building, etc.
Familiarity with csh, ksh, python, PowerShell.
