The Growth Marketing Manager plays a pivotal role in planning, executing, and optimizing marketing programs that drive measurable growth. While the primary focus of this position is demand generation, we also value a strong brand and communications background. The ideal candidate is someone who can both develop high-performing lead-generation campaigns and nurture a compelling brand presence across channels.
This is a unique opportunity to shape the direction of our marketing efforts from the ground up. You’ll work closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams (Sales, Client Success, etc.) to build integrated marketing strategies that not only deliver on short-term KPIs but also reinforce our long-term brand vision.
Key Responsibilities:
1.Demand Generation & Growth-
- Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns (search, social, email, webinars, events, etc.) to drive consistent lead generation and pipeline growth.
- Develop and manage marketing automation workflows, lead scoring, and nurturing programs to improve conversion rates throughout the funnel.
- Set and monitor performance metrics (CAC, LTV, ROI, etc.), using data-driven insights to refine strategies and allocate budget efficiently.
2.Brand & Communications Support-
- Maintain brand integrity by collaborating on brand guidelines, messaging, and visual identity to ensure consistency across all marketing touchpoints.
- Contribute to content development (blogs, case studies, thought leadership pieces) that aligns with both Demand-Gen goals and brand messaging.
- Assist with PR and media outreach efforts; help position the company as a thought leader in relevant industry channels and publications.
3.Strategic Planning & Cross-Functional Collaboration-
- Collaborate with freelancers, and agencies (design, content, SEO) to execute campaigns on time and on budget.
- Partner with Sales, Product, and Client Success teams to ensure marketing campaigns are aligned with business objectives and sales enablement needs.
- Conduct market and competitive research to identify growth opportunities and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Play an active role in quarterly/annual marketing planning sessions, contributing to both short-term tactical campaigns and long-term brand strategy.
4.Analytics & Reporting-
- Routinely measure the effectiveness of marketing programs and present results to senior management.
- Analyze channel performance and conversion data, presenting insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Maintain data hygiene and segment leads effectively within our CRM and marketing automation platforms.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; advanced degree a plus.
- 5+ years of relevant marketing B2B experience, ideally with a focus on demand generation or growth marketing.
- Demonstrated success in designing and optimizing multi-channel marketing campaigns that drive measurable revenue impact.
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot) and CRM systems (Monday.com an advantage).
- Proficient in web analytics (Google Analytics, etc.) and comfortable interpreting data to make strategic decisions.
- Familiarity with A/B testing, conversion rate optimization, and other performance marketing best practices.
- Understanding of brand positioning, messaging, and creative storytelling.
- Experience contributing to content creation (written, visual, or multimedia) that aligns with brand voice.
- Basic knowledge of PR tactics and media outreach processes.
- Strong project management skills; can handle multiple campaigns and priorities concurrently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.
- Proven ability to adapt quickly in a dynamic environment, with a strategic mindset and a willingness to get hands-on.
