Microsoft Modern Work and Security Sales Professional, (MW&S Sales Professional)
Role Description.
The MW&S Sales Specialist is responsible for driving Microsoft 365 new customer acquisition, upsell, and Copilot for Microsoft 365 sales for customers with the top resellers in our indirect partner ecosystem. The Sales Specialist needs to be results oriented, have a sales mindset, and can effectively present the value proposition of Microsoft products and services to partners to enable sales. In addition, the MW&S Sales Specialist will be responsible for managing the Ingram Micro sales operations for this specific line of business, including aligning and collaborating with Microsoft representatives to realize our joint objectives.
Scope
- Develop resellers growth with MW&S and Copilot products and services by increasing their marketing and sales capabilities. Additionally, work with such resellers to upsell customers to higher value Microsoft 365 products, as well as Copilot for Microsoft 365.
- Utilize Microsoft targeting tools like Cloud Ascent and programs like Co-op, CSP Workshops, and Solution Assessments to drive new customer conversations and identify on- prem to Cloud migration opportunities.
- Develop channel reach and implement a Rhythm of Business with resellers and local Microsoft Stakeholders like PDM, PTS and Channel Sales to check on progress, provide feedback and implement corrective actions if needed.
- Drive Partner outreach and demand generation.
- Promote offers and campaigns, and drive excitement around the Microsoft and Indirect Provider partnership opportunity.
- Ensure sales operations compliance.
Qualifications and Experience
- Preferred degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering.
- Fluent in both Hebrew and English.
- 3 years of work experience in a sales/Business Development role in the IT business.
- Understanding of Microsoft 365, Copilot for Microsoft 365, and the Microsoft partner ecosystem.
- Passion for technology, learning attitude, and growth mindset.
- Preferred advanced knowledge in the Microsoft 365 suite. Microsoft 365 certifications (MS-900, MS-700) completed within 2 months of onboarding.
KPIs
1. Net Paid Seat Adds (NPSA) during the fiscal year.
2. Gross Customer Adds (GCA) during the fiscal year.
3. Copilot for Microsoft 365 seats sold during the fiscal year Microsoft Confidential – shared under NDA.
