Head of Product

We are seeking a talented, experienced Head of Product to join our team and drive the next generation of optimization solutions that transform restaurant and delivery operations worldwide.

As the Head of Product, you will play a strategic leadership role in driving our product vision, strategy, and execution. You will lead a team of product managers, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure that our products continue to deliver cutting-edge solutions that drive business success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and execute the product vision & strategy aligned with company objectives and market needs.
• Own and manage the product roadmap, prioritizing initiatives based on business impact, customer needs, and stakeholder input.
• Lead and manage the product team, fostering a culture of innovation, ownership, and continuous improvement.
• Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from ideation and development to launch, performance monitoring, and optimization.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration with R&D, customer success, and operations to ensure seamless product execution.
• Engage with customers and industry leaders to gather insights, identify market trends, and ensure our solutions remain best-in-class.
• Define and monitor key product performance indicators (KPIs & OKRs) to measure success and inform strategic decisions.
• Enhance go-to-market strategies, ensuring smooth product adoption and maximizing impact.

What You Bring:

• 3+ years of experience in a senior product leadership role, preferably in B2B SaaS or optimization software.
• Proven ability to develop and execute a product strategy that drives business growth.
• Strong technical understanding, including experience with API integrations, SQL, and analytics tools.
• Strong understanding of the product development lifecycle and experience designing and delivering quality products.
• Deep technical background that enables them to effectively communicate with the engineering team and break down complex systems into manageable product components and requirements.
• Outstanding written, verbal, and presentation skills with the ability to effectively run product team meetings and executive program updates.
• A metrics-driven work style that leverages data to make informed decisions.
• A mind-set towards innovation through a quick test, learn, adapt approach.
• Experience managing full product lifecycles, including backlog prioritization, PRD development, UI/UX collaboration, and QA processes.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to align cross-functional teams.
• Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Passion for user experience, innovation, and delivering impactful solutions.
• Experience in the food tech, restaurant, or delivery industry – a significant advantage.
