Quality Technology Specialist

Join a leading public industrial manufacturing company with over 40 years of experience in producing nonwoven fabric products! We are seeking a Quality Technology Specialist to play a key role in ensuring our production standards meet the highest industry requirements.

🔹 What You’ll Do:

✅ Oversee change control processes – track changes, implement procedures, and follow up on tasks and actions.

✅ Approve and support validation processes and new machine approvals.

✅ Handle customer complaints – conduct investigations, document and track resolutions, implement corrective actions, and provide customer responses.

✅ Manage non-conformance cases – from detection to resolution, leading root cause analyses and improvement teams.

✅ Ensure implementation of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).

✅ Conduct supplier audits, internal audits, and annual assessments.

✅ Deliver quality training and content development.

🔹 What You Bring:

✔️ B.Sc. in Science (Biotechnology, Chemistry, Biology) OR Engineering (Mechanical, Process) – Mandatory

✔️ 2+ years of experience in Quality Assurance – Mandatory

✔️ High-level English (spoken, read, and written) – Mandatory

✔️ Familiarity with SAP – Advantage

✔️ Proficiency in Office tools, especially Excel

✔️ Strong assertiveness, proactivity, and initiative

✔️ Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills

✔️ High organizational and analytical skills
