Automation Tester

We are looking for an experienced Automation Tester to design, develop, and implement automation solutions for business and technological processes within our organization. This role requires a deep understanding of business processes, the ability to analyze and define requirements, and hands-on implementation experience with various automation systems and tools.

Key Responsibilities:

• Map and define business and technological processes for automation.
• Design and implement automation solutions, including hands-on development.
• Collaborate with different departments to identify needs and improve existing processes.
• Select appropriate tools and methodologies for automation implementation.
• Manage integration processes between different systems.
• Monitor, control, and optimize automation processes.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in defining and implementing automation processes.
• Must-have: Hands-on development and implementation skills with automation tools like UiPath, Power Automate, Selenium, or similar.
• Experience working with APIs and system integrations.
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, JavaScript, PowerShell, etc.
• Deep understanding of business processes and the ability to translate them into automated solutions.
• Experience with ERP, CRM, or other organizational information systems – a plus.
• Significant advantage for experience with UiPath and Salesforce.
• Significant advantage for implementing automation with AI modules.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to tackle complex technological challenges.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work with various stakeholders across the organization.
• Candidates will be required to complete a short project to demonstrate their practical capabilities.
