Project Manager

A growing Travel management corporate is looking for a Project Manager to join the IT team, and drive innovation.

Responsibilities:

• Managing projects from initiation to implementation, including timeline management, testing, and coordination with various internal teams.
• Analyzing requirement documents and writing technical and functional specifications.
• Conducting in-depth research of current situation, identifying needs, and recognizing gaps.
• Presenting projects status or share updates to senior management.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in cross-organizational project management – Mandatory
• Strong customer service orientation with excellent interpersonal communication skills.
• Cross - team collaboration.
• Capable of handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Work under high pressure
• English proficiency level (native or equivalent).
• Proven experience in the travel industry – Advantage.
• Understanding of travel support systems: Gilboa, Travel Booster – Advantage.
• Experience with booking systems such as Amadeus, Sabre, or Travelport – Advantage.
• Result driven approach
• Attention to details

Job Details:

• Full-time position.
• Hybrid work option available after the training period.
• Availability for weekends shifts– Mandatory.
• Location: Bnei Brak, Israel (relocation to TLV soon).
