Director of Product

We are looking for a Director of Product

As a Director of Product, you will lead a team of product managers, take part in building the company strategy and lead to execution. You will focus on expanding the business by developing data driven services that customers love.

Responsibilities:

• Define and lead the product strategy and roadmap for a Kubernetes-native CI/CD acceleration platform.
• Collaborate with GTM teams, engineering, design, and leadership to prioritize features that enhance developer productivity.
• Engage with users, open-source communities, and enterprise customers to drive adoption and refine the product vision.
• Establish key success metrics and leverage data-driven insights for continuous platform improvement.
• Partner with marketing and sales teams to develop go-to-market strategies and strengthen developer engagement.
• Stay at the forefront of industry trends in Kubernetes, CI/CD, developer experience, and cloud-native DevOps.

Requirements:

• 7+ years of product management experience, including leadership roles, in DevTools, CI/CD, DevOps, or cloud-native platforms.
• Strong technical expertise in Kubernetes, CI/CD, and software delivery automation.
• Proven track record of working with developers and open-source communities.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
• Based in Israel.
