Bookkeeper

We're looking for an experienced senior bookkeeper to join our financial team and help us grow globally.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee, maintain, and track records of all financial transactions
• Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual closing procedures including ensuring all costs incurred are properly recorded (i.e. :cut-off ,prepaid , accruals, reconciliations)
• Responsibility on several bank accounts (local and foreign) including daily reconciliation and monthly controls
• Processing journal entries and managing documentation for credit cards use in the company
• Cash flow reporting and tracking
• Account Payable: Oversee vendor processes from invoice to payment, reconcile and review supplier accounts
• Full ownership for payment and reporting to authorities
• Responsibility of all company fixed Assets
• Review, approve and record travel reports and employee reimbursements
• Assist with corporate audit and other financial reporting requirements as needed
  
  

• Certified Bookkeeper (type/level 3)
• Minimum 5+ years' experience as a bookkeeper in high-tech companies
• Experience in bookkeeping for US entities is an advantage
• Strong knowledge with NetSuite - Advantage
• Strong Excel skills – Must
• English – high level written and spoken - Must
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Hebrew and English - A must
• A Service-oriented team player that is detail oriented and thorough
• Self-motivated, time management skills, excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
