Description:

Director of Online Marketing to lead and scale our digital marketing efforts. This role will own the strategy and execution of all online marketing channels, including paid media, organic acquisition, retention, and performance analytics. The ideal candidate is a data-driven, customer-focused leader with deep expertise in direct-to-consumer (DTC) marketing, growth hacking, and e-commerce optimization.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive online marketing strategy to drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.
• Oversee and optimize paid media campaigns (Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, TikTok, etc.), 
• Lead SEO, content marketing, and organic social media efforts to improve brand visibility and engagement.
• Own the performance marketing funnel, from impression to conversion, ensuring continuous improvements.
• Leverage analytics, A/B testing, and attribution models to optimize marketing spend and conversion rates.
• Build and refine customer segmentation strategies to improve targeting, personalization, and retention.
• Work closely with product and engineering teams to enhance website performance, user experience, and CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization).
• Oversee email marketing and loyalty programs to increase repeat purchase rates and LTV (Lifetime Value).
• Develop and implement strategies for referral and influencer marketing to drive brand advocacy.
• Utilize marketing automation tools to improve engagement and customer lifecycle management..
• Collaborate with creative teams to ensure high-performing ad creatives and messaging.
• Partner with finance and operations teams to align marketing efforts with business goals and profitability.
• Analyze complex data, synthesize takeaways and communicate actionable insights to the management team. 

Qualifications:

• 6+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably at a high-growth Direct To Consumer e-commerce company.
• Proven track record of scaling paid media campaigns profitably and driving multi-channel growth.
• Expertise in Google Analytics, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Google Ads, SEO, email marketing, and retention strategies.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience in marketing attribution, LTV modeling, and CAC optimization.
• Passion for data, creativity, and building world-class customer experiences.
