Hardware Technician

Get SAT is looking for a Hardware Technician to join the NPI Hardware Team within the Operations Department. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the quality and reliability of incoming electronic boards, managing rework processes, and collaborating with multiple teams to drive improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide engineering support for production challenges and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Conduct visual inspections of incoming electronic boards.
• Manage the Non-Conformity (NC) process and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for the Integration, PP&C, and Warehouse teams.
• Oversee the board rework process, working closely with soldering technicians.
• Lead problem-solving initiatives and drive process improvements.
• Update and maintain drawings and technical documentation.
• Lead Engineering Change Order (ECO) processes and support conformity reports.
• Collaborate with suppliers to ensure product quality and timely delivery.
• Work with ATP (Acceptance Test Procedure) processes for production electronic boards.

Requirements:

• Practical Electrical Engineering diploma or Certification in Electronics – Must
• High level of English proficiency – Must
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to process improvements
• Experience with technical documentation and ECO processes
• Familiarity with PCBA technologies and electronics manufacturing – Advantage
• Familiarity with electronic equipment – Advantage
