We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer or tech lead to design and implement C4I Application

You will play a key role in defining software requirements and assuming leadership of operational and technical projects at our Asia Pacific site

A strong background in software development and familiarity with agile methodologies are essential

Your primary objective will be to develop high-quality software solutions that meet user needs. This will involve analyzing requirements, designing robust architectures, writing efficient code, and conducting thorough testing

As a Senior Software Engineer and leader, you will have the responsibility to drive projects forward, mentor junior team members, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. By delivering innovative and reliable software, you will contribute to the success of our organization and make a meaningful impact in the industry

Job Description

Build and lead teams of junior developers over E-cix framework

Develop high-quality software design and architecture

Identify, prioritize and execute tasks in the software development life cycle

Review and debug code

Collaborate with internal teams and vendors

Document development phases and monitor systems

Teach & guide junior software engineers

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field

Proven experience as a Senior Software Engineer or team leader (Advantage)

Proven Soft-skills Including Software Mentoring Capabilities

Extensive experience in software development, scripting and project management

Knowledge of selected programming languages such as JAVA

Familiarity with various operating systems (Linux, Windows)

Analytical mind with problem-solving aptitude

Ability to work independently

Excellent organizational and leadership skills

High level of proficiency in speaking, reading and writing English

Relocation period – 3 years
