The Technical Manager leads the technical engagement with customers, collaborating closely with internal departments to develop and deliver comprehensive solutions tailored to meet customer needs.

Customer Engagement and Requirements Analysis
Pre-Sales Technical Authority
Technical Risks and Opportunities Analysis and Management
Take part in the LOB strategy definition and execution
Programs Technical Documentation
Program Management Support
System Integration and Deployment
Collaboration and Coordination
At least 3 years of experience in technical management
Bachelor's degree in engineering
Solid technical background
RF /Radar knowledge - an advantage
Technical operational experience
Strong customer orientation
Effective and creative problem-solving and decision-making skills
Team player, capable of leveraging personal soft skills to achieve goals while working with various internal functions.
Ability to travel abroad.
Excellent written & verbal communication skills (Hebrew & English)
