We are looking for an experienced Data Analyst with expertise in growth metrics, product analytics, and mobile analytics to help drive data-driven decision-making across our teams. The ideal candidate will have strong proficiency in Tableau and a keen ability to translate complex data into actionable insights that optimize our product performance and business growth.

• Analyze user behavior, product performance, and growth metrics to identify trends and opportunities.
• Develop and maintain interactive dashboards in Tableau to support business intelligence needs.
• Conduct in-depth mobile analytics to optimize user experience, retention, and engagement.
• Work closely with product managers, engineers, and marketing teams to inform strategic decision-making.
• Monitor key growth metrics, including acquisition, retention, and monetization.
• Design and implement A/B tests to measure the impact of product changes and marketing initiatives.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across multiple sources.
• Provide ad-hoc analysis and actionable recommendations to drive business success.
  

• 5+ years of experience as a Data Analyst, focusing on growth metrics, product analytics, and mobile analytics.
• Strong expertise in Tableau for data visualization and reporting.
• Analytical Skills and Data Analytics proficiency
• Strong statistical knowledge
• Proficiency in SQL for querying and analyzing large datasets.
• Experience with mobile analytics tools (Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude, Firebase, etc.).
• Strong understanding of user funnels, retention analysis, and engagement metrics.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams and translate data insights into business strategies.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Self-motivated, able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  

• Experience with Python for data analysis.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Exposure to predictive analytics and machine learning techniques.
• Prior experience in a health-tech, SaaS, or digital health environment.
