Collection Representative

The company is hiring an outstanding Collection Representative to join our financial

team! If you have experience in business collections, excellent interpersonal skills,

and enjoy working with clients – this position is for you! We are based in Ramat

Hachayal. Tel-Aviv with a hybrid work arrangement from home.

What will you do in the role? • Collect payments from company clients • Perform

customer account reconciliations accurately and thoroughly, including journal entries

• Issue daily receipts and perform reconciliations in the system • Work with internal

departments within the organization

What is required? • 3+ years of experience in business collections • Ability to work

independently, with attention to detail and meeting deadlines • Excellent interpersonal

skills and high level of service orientation • Proficiency in management reports – debt

collection, customer obligations • Experience working with SAP – an advantage •

Proficiency in Excel – an advantage
