Key Account Manager (KAM)

Job Description:

HAAT is looking for a Key Account Manager (KAM) to join our team. In this role, you will build and maintain strong relationships with strategic partners, including restaurants and stores, and help increase their sales and performance. You will work closely with marketing and operations teams, using data analysis to improve partner results, and negotiate contracts and agreements.

What You Will Do:

• Build long-term relationships with business partners and strategic clients.
• Manage and monitor portfolio performance, including sales growth and operational efficiency.
• Negotiate contracts and partnership terms.
• Develop strategies to increase partner growth and performance.
• Enhance company visibility in the market through collaboration with partners in marketing efforts.
• Manage the asset-selling process and negotiate commissions to improve revenue.

Job Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in business relationship management or partnership management.
• Excellent communication skills, both in-person and through digital channels.
• Strong data analysis skills and the ability to make business decisions based on data insights.
• Proven track record of achieving business goals and targets.
• Preferred experience in dynamic, high-growth companies, such as startups.
• Ability to work independently, with strong organizational and time management skills.
• Collaborative team player with an empathetic, open attitude and a desire to learn and grow.
• Fluent in Hebrew and Arabic.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-challenge environment.
