Responsibilities:

• Physical Security Architecture Setup:

Establish and define the overall physical security architecture for the organization.

• Manage Physical Security Projects:

Oversee physical security projects, ensuring they are completed on time and with proper documentation.

Maintain project records, monitor progress, and ensure timelines are clearly visible.

Keep team documentation up to date with JIRA-related processes.

Administer and manage relevant physical security projects in JIRA.

• Physical Security Systems Implementation:

Plan and manage the deployment of physical security systems across all locations.

Design and review layouts for physical security systems like CCTV and access control.

Coordinate with external vendors and internal teams for system implementation.

Ensure proper network and hardware availability to support physical security systems.

Manage access rules and permissions in various physical security systems.

Ensure all security devices and systems are updated and running smoothly.

Develop security strategies for CCTV across all locations.

Participate in discussions related to building works that may affect security systems.

• Supplier Coordination:

Collaborate with suppliers to meet quality standards and timelines.

• Technology Recommendations:

Recommend appropriate security technologies and provide a strategic roadmap to the Head of Global Physical Security

Requirements:

Experience with:

• Digital Security and Surveillance (DSS) technologies - IP cameras, Network Video Recorders (NVR), Video Management Systems (VMS), and network storage devices.
• Video Content Analysis (VCA) - virtual trip wires, face detection, license plate recognition, video summarization, identification, behavior analysis, and situation awareness.
• Physical Access Control Systems (PACS) - security personnel, identification cards, readers, and controllers.
• Physical Intrusion Detection and Prevention Systems (IDS, IPS) - alarm systems, sensors, detectors, doorbells, intercoms, physical barriers, and security lighting.
• On-premises, Hybrid, Cloud and SaaS solutions.
• Designing and implementing technical security systems.
• Security project management.
• Homeland or physical security (military, law enforcement, first responders, national security, technical security companies).

Others:

• Knowledge and familiarity with various types of cameras, systems, solutions and vendors in the market.
• Fluent in English.
• Basic knowledge of Infrastructure Technology (IT) systems - Network, Infrastructure, System, and Security.
• Experience with Jira and Confluence (a plus)
• Experience with Windows and Linux operating systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Ability to write technical documentation in a clear understandable form for end users.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to travel globally between company sites.
